Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Human Resources Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Human Resources Administrator.
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide confidential administrative support for the HR Business Advisor (HRBA) teams and the VP of HRBA.
This position is based at our North American Headquarters in Plano, Texas, with a hybrid mix of some in-office time and some remote work. Speak with your Recruiter and the Hiring Manager to learn more about our hybrid work program. The person selected for the role will be expected to reside within commutable distance of Plano (relocation assistance is not available).
What you’ll be doing
- Provide administrative support to HR VP and HR Group Manager; accurately updating and maintaining a variety of reports, forms, mail, and correspondences.
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating necessary travel arrangements in a courteous, efficient, and timely manner
- Ad-hoc HRBA team support. Support with projects in various HRBA groups that require resources due to high work volume or compressed timing.
- Department projects – preparing report-outs, presentation creation, confirming data or information for the department.
- Manage Vehicle Allowance program for eligible team members.
- Assisting with coordination department events.
- Creating and diligently maintaining a variety of confidential files in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Identify new opportunities or gaps in current processes/policies to support business need changes.
What you bring
- A minimum of 3 years recent executive administrative experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be independent and a self-starter.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience relevant to this position.
