We’re not just looking for another Team Member. We’re looking for a Talent Management specialist who’s got a secret obsession with cheese. Or smoked salmon. Or artichokes. Or whatever it is that makes your fridge happy.
We’re looking for someone who gets as excited about succession planning as they do avocado toast. A candidate who’s as passionate about managing talent programs as they are about discovering new hot sauces.
We’re not just looking for someone to define, develop, and drive our talent management process like a well-balanced charcuterie board...We’re looking for someone who enjoys a good pun or dad joke and is hungry to join a team that’s focused and driven without being stiff or stodgy. After all, we get to work in the most amazing industry of all...Food.
This hybrid position is based in Austin, TX and requires a minimum of three days onsite each week.
