Recruiting Coordinator
Job Location: Carmel, IN, Hybrid (2-3 days in office)
Join our team:
Centric Consulting is an international management consulting firm with expertise in digital, business and technology. We are seeking temporary Recruiting Coordinators for what's expected to be a 9-month project. These will be hybrid roles with the requirement of being on-site 2-3 days per week at one of our client's regional office location.
In this role, you will:
- Communicate with with candidates, recruiters, and business stakeholders to schedule and confirm candidate interviews, which may include interviews, panel, in-person, or career hiring events.
- Tracking scheduling activity and adhering to scheduling targets.
- Initiating candidate assessments, sending candidate reminder notifications, and recording testing results within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensuring applicants have a positive experience throughout the hiring process while promoting our client as an Employer of Choice.
- Collaborating with HR and Onboarding to improve efficiencies in the candidate workflow process.
- Assisting recruiting team in capturing accurate recruiting data and sharing with business partners and recruiting team members.
- Other recruiting administrative projects as assigned.
Who you are:
- Recent previous experience working as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role.
- High School Diploma or equivalent years experience.
- Experience in customer service or sales/client relations.
- Previous experience working in a Talent Acquisition environment.
- Experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Workday preferred.
- Proven time management skills and strong ability to prioritize.
- Ability to learn new systems and technology tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
