Responsibilities:
Provides advanced day-to-day HRIS system support related to the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR systems activities. Works with HR and other NHC partners to explore opportunities to leverage system functionalities and features to improve HR business processes, through assessing needs, defining and documenting functional and technical requirements, evaluating, and, if approved for development by HRIS Project Analyst and team, will design, configure, and test proactive functional modifications and enhancements in HRIS systems. Supports end users through analysis, and if necessary, recreation of issues to determine root cause, and develop solutions. Develops, reviews, and updates system documentation in the event of changes or new implementations. Will performance routine and advanced configuration work. Senior Analyst will need advanced analytical skills including excellent problem-solving skills with an understanding of core HR business practices. Senior Analyst will need to be able to work independently and in collaborative settings. Excellent attention to detail. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Ability to utilize cause and effect process thinking and other problem-solving techniques. Ability to listen to and understand customer requirements, translating them to technical requirements.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Five years in HRIS or three years in IS with two years in Human Resources
- Bachelor Degree
Desired:
- Workday HCM experience
- One of: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Society for Human Resource Management-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), or Human Resource Information Professional (HRIP)
