Position Summary:
The Early Talent & Campus Recruiting Manager, reporting to the Director, TA Strategy & Campus, is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategy to attract top talent to Athletico. This includes, but is not limited to, full life cycle recruitment efforts for early talent, employer brand awareness, student engagement, relationship building with colleges and event management. As the university recruiting subject matter expert, this individual will develop an innovative strategies to increase the effectiveness of Athletico’s campus recruiting program. The Early Talent & Campus Recruiting Manager will be focused on building partnerships with our target universities, promoting brand awareness to increase and improve Athletico’s on-campus presence, increasing student conversion and elevating Athletico as the employer of choice for new graduates. This position will work collaboratively with business leaders across a highly dynamic company to meet workforce planning and hiring goals while understanding the competitive landscape and may need to support additional Talent Acquisition functions, as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution and strategy of the College Recruiting Program
- Manage a team of campus and early talent recruiters
- Collaborate with the company executives, talent acquisition and cross functional managers to develop college recruiting strategies at targeted schools
- Advance operational plans and branding activities at target schools
- Foster, maintain and manage relationships with targeted universities, partnering with career services, faculty/staff and student groups
- Develop, implement, execute and measure the success of campus and national events
- Ongoing analysis and refinement of Athletico’s target schools to attract and hire high performing students
- Identify and optimize process/technology inefficiencies to further accelerate campus results
- Achieve customer satisfaction with key internal/external stakeholders through recruiting delivery and service
- Partner highly with Athletico’s Student Clinical Education team to provide an exceptional experience to rotation students
- Collaborate with internal teams to design strategies to increase conversion of students to FTE
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
Education and Experience:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- A Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Human Resources or related experience required
- 3+ years of college relations and/or campus recruiting required
- Human Resources experience desired
- Healthcare industry experience a plus
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred
