- Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's business objectives and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity
- Lead all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and HR operations
- Partner with senior leadership to identify and address current and future talent needs, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development
- Drive recruitment efforts to attract top talent globally, leveraging various sourcing channels and implementing best practices to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels, serving as a trusted advisor and resource on HR-related matters
- Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction and retention
- Lead and mentor a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Similar progressive HR experience, with experience in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, global software development or technology company (but not a must)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results and support organizational growth
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and effectively manage competing priorities
