As an HR Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our mission to provide exceptional care to our clients. From assisting with recruitment and onboarding to managing employee records and benefits, you'll be at the heart of our organization's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with organization and formatting of documents in our Bamboo HR HRIS system.
- Coordinate employee benefits administration.
- Assist with HR-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service to employees.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
- Minimum one year in HR in Adult Home Health or Medical fields preferred.
- Proficient in State of Texas onboarding processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of EHR systems, familiar with Kinnser/Wellsky a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
