Position Overview
The High Volume Recruiting Sourcer is responsible for proactively identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for high-priority, high-volume hiring needs across multiple departments and locations - this role will be primarily focused on candidate generation for our Medical Claims Processing organization. This role will utilize advanced sourcing strategies, innovative talent pipelining techniques, and creative outreach to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in high-volume hiring and an ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
This position can be full time remote, however the candidate must be local to the Tampa area to attend in-person recruiting events and to build relationships with local organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic candidate sourcing plans to identify passive candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Leverage various sourcing channels including social media, job boards, resume databases, networking events, etc. to build a diverse talent pipeline
- Conduct targeted outreach campaigns to prospective candidates through personalized messaging, cold calling, email campaigns, etc.
- Establish rapport and cultivate relationships with top talent by acting as a knowledgeable brand ambassador
- Coordinate with hiring managers and recruiters to prioritize needs and ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates
- Track and report key sourcing metrics including candidate leadtime, submittal rates, quality of hire, etc.
- Stay current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and sourcing best practices
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition roles
- Expertise in utilizing various sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems
- Strong understanding of Boolean search, internet research, and data mining skills
- Ability to create compelling messages and content to engage passive candidates
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively connect with candidates
- Highly motivated and results-driven with the ability to meet aggressive hiring goals
- Strong project management skills with great attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
