Job Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition & Staffing (TAS) team. You will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment to attract diverse and high performing talent. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to join a collaborative and passionate team responsible for hiring best-in-class talent, develop local recruiting strategies within Tampa market, work with market leadership on local strategies, and ability to engage with local University and Colleges.
Major Responsibilities:
Develop search strategies and provide full lifecycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Guide hiring managers and candidates through our selection process, performing full lifecycle recruiting, and maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, and candidates. Educate hiring managers on the recruitment process timeline, roles, and responsibilities, as well as, promoting candidate diversity.
Collaborate, develop, and provides local market leaders with talent data, recruiting, and hiring goals.
Will team up with our University/Campus recruiting team for Tampa campus events presence, digital/social recruitment strategy, ability to shape Talent Brand initiatives and on-site networking opportunities.
Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment trends, target companies, innovative sourcing techniques such as CMS, industry events, networking, job boards, cold calling, external research, etc.
Identify and recruit passive candidates and build a pipeline of diverse candidates.
Review applicant resumes and sources for fit with position description.
Effectively phone screen or interview all applicants and make recommendations to hiring managers for interview selection.
Schedule candidate interviews and gather interview feedback from candidates and interview team.
Partner with HR team to discuss offer parameters and extend and negotiate all offers.
Optimize the applicant tracking system (Workday) and recruiting tools and platforms.
Review Monthly/Quarterly Recruitment metrics to ensure target time to fill, aging and other metrics are on track.
Qualifications:
6+ years’ experience internal recruiting/sourcing for a variety of corporate functions (finance, audit, risk, HR, legal, etc.) for large, complex organizations
Creative sourcing, cold calling, and networking techniques
Flexible nature and ability to meet changing demands in a dynamic work environment
Experience with management and development of relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Superior communication skills both written and verbal
Proficient with applicant tracking databases, Workday preferred
Financial services/banking and IT recruiting experience is highly preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
The typical base pay range for this role is between $110K- $135K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
