Role Overview:
Reporting to the Head of Executive Search, this contractor/consultant opportunity is focused on partnering closely with our hiring executives and senior candidates in ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruiting life cycle. Additionally, this role is involved in optimizing processes and practices, and partaking in global projects and programs.
This position is ideal for a person who thrives on paying close attention to detail and operates with a sense of urgency all while having the ability to directly personalize people’s talent acquisition experiences.
About the Role:
The primary focus of this role is to become an integral partner to our executive search efforts. This means leading or assisting with the following tasks:
Interview scheduling efforts and updates.
Joining hiring manager search “kick off” meetings.
Initiation and escalation of Background Checks.
Generation of employment agreements / offer letters.
Assisting in the processing of New Hire paperwork.
Basic data reporting using Google Sheets and Slides or MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Workday ATS data management
Partake in creating or enhancing Talent Acquisition policies and practices.
From time to time, support additional recruiters during hiring surges.
About You:
This position requires an accomplished recruiting coordinator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, and who has the ability and track-record of influencing others. Additionally, we’d like you to have:
A passion for and history in creating fabulous customer experiences, whether designing experiences from scratch, or transforming existing experiences.
Proficient experience using Workday or other enterprise-class ATS’s, along with active experience using the suite of Google or Microsoft Office applications. Of particular interest is having deep experience with Google Slides and Sheets or MS PowerPoint and Excel.
Deep and passionate attention to detail.
A minimum of 4 years experience performing a critical support role, ideally gained within the Human Resources function.
Absolute focus on discretion and confidentiality.
