Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing:
The HR Business Partner acts as a consultant and partner to CoreLogic’s engineering and technology functional organizations. Executes the people strategy and organizational design, and the process of transformation, talent management, culture, and engagement. Leads change initiatives and implements specific HR strategies to achieve organization goals and objectives. You will help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention, and the overall employee experience. Ensures HR programs and plans are aligned to the business priorities and monitors effectiveness through the tracking of key measures. Balances corporate, function, geographic and business needs in deploying HR programs. Collaborates with HR COE/program/policy/process owners to deliver high value HR experiences.
Responsibilities:
- In partnership with the Sr. HR Leader, represents the full spectrum of HR functions, programs, and processes within Engineering and Technology function.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with mid and senior level management (typically ELT2 and ELT3) to drive the execution of HR priorities.
- Support and work with business teams to understand current and future goals and trends that may impact workforce needs and initiatives.
- Use data to develop the People agenda. Track and report staffing, retention, attrition, and other necessary data to line management; recommend programs and/or enhancements as necessary.
- Proactively engage with leaders on people strategy through workforce planning, organization design and structure.
- Partner with leadership to design and deliver appropriate talent planning activities that will identify talent, leadership development priorities, and succession plans.
- Collaborates on design of enterprise-wide programs and initiatives by providing an organization-specific perspective.
- Collaborates with the centers of excellence to apply sufficient HR resources to meet business needs.
- Partner to drive diversity initiatives with consideration for talent movement, I&D dashboards, recruiting and representation as well as targeted development initiatives.
- Advise and support managers on local and global compensation initiatives.
- Develop and work on special and cross-functional projects as identified.

Job Qualifications:
Education and Experience preferred:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Typically 5+ years of experience in a diverse range of HR functions preferred.
- Foundational understanding of HR analytics and experience with HR systems & tools is critical. Workday knowledge is a plus.
- Experience partnering with managers to deliver HR solutions
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Intimate business knowledge; Understands financials and business model dynamics.
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including competency in data analysis; strong project management and Excel skills are required.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Influence skills.
Impact/Scope
- Leadsbusiness- or function-wide solutions that impact multiple business units and/or countries.
- Typically partners with Manager/Director-level business leader.
