Senior Technical Analyst
Pella Corporation seeks a full-time Senior Technical Analyst. The primary duty of the Senior Technical Analyst is to support a wide range of business requirements through the development and design of new/modified software applications in compliance with Pella Standards while using a variety of technical tools. This position is a member of the HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), team and applies project management skills from inception to implementation support. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems Technologies, MIS (Management Information Systems), Electrical Engineering, or related field, plus five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation.
Experience must include five (5) years of experience, which may be concurrent, with all of the following: 1) supporting a wide range of Human Resources business requirements through the development and design of new/modified software applications for HR while using a variety of technical tools; 2) providing day to day support of existing HR systems, including production issue resolution (alerts, tickets, requests from analysts), and diagnosing issues in a wide variety of areas without specific, detailed knowledge in the problematic area; 3) technical design work, including technical specifications and analysis required to meet HR business needs, taking general business requirements and building a robust technical design through the entire business process, and creating and/or reviewing technical design work for other technical analysts; 4) creating and maintaining reports, configuring and testing HR systems after upgrades, building and configuring new business units in HR systems, and working with a business to build and configure integrations to third parties and other systems; and 5) utilizing the following technologies and tools: Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud applications Suite including support for Payroll module, data loads workflows, Integrations using HCM Extracts, developing Fast Formulas for Payroll Calculations & Data Transformation, Application Security, developing SQL Reports using BI Publisher tool; PeopleSoft; Taleo Enterprise Edition; UKG Dimensions; HR systems query functions using formulas; SQL queries. All experience may have been gained concurrently. Experience must have been acquired after completion of the Bachelor’s Degree program.
