Job Summary:
The Jr. HR Systems Analyst will maintain the integrity and reliability of the organization’s HRIS, intranet, and other HR-utilized systems. They will assist in the maintenance of the systems, process improvements, ensuring data quality, and analyzing/reporting on HRIS data. The Jr. HR Systems Analyst will also serve to help the HR team with computer-related questions and provide assistance as needed.
This is a hybrid position in Wilkes-Barre, PA. This individual must be able to work in office at least 1 day per week.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Performs end-user changes within Workday to include, but not limited to:
- Employee changes such as promotions, managers, location changes, etc.
- Calculating and updating time off balances
- Assisting users with Workday lockouts
- Initiate special payments to include monthly commissions & incentives, continuous service bonus, and referral bonuses.
- Performs audits of HRIS information to ensure accuracy.
- Complete employment verifications and garnishment interrogatories.
- Prepares training materials, guides, and documentation for HR systems and processes.
- Runs reports for HR and management as needed.
- Provides user training and hands-on support for HR systems as well as assists the HR team in other computer-related questions.
- May assist in maintenance of the intranet pages.
- Identifies and corrects errors within Workday.
- Assists HR Systems Analyst in the development of Workday modules and other HR systems.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by leadership.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, particularly well-trained in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with human resources policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Education and Experience:
Examples:
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred, or a combination of 2 years education and/or experience working in HR systems.
- Workday knowledge is highly desired, but any HRIS experience is preferred. Willing to train those meeting educational/experience requirements and having strong technical skills.
- SHRM and/or PHR certification a plus.

- Sitting - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
