K12 Coalition provides products and services that help K-12 schools and teachers achieve transformational learning outcomes. We tackle many of today’s toughest education obstacles, including teacher recruitment and retention, student learning acceleration, ongoing teacher coaching and development, long-range strategic planning, and school equity audits. K12 Coalition came together when educators with deep experience as teachers, school leaders and high-level district administrators observed a genuine need for something better. Our divisions include iteach, Teaching Channel, Insight Education Group and Lavinia Group.
Location: This is a hybrid role located in Denton, Texas
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on role focused on talent management and employee engagement initiatives, leading learning & development programs, and driving HR functional excellence. This position reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and works on a team with a Talent Acquisition Manager, HR Operations Manager, and HR Assistant.
What You’ll Do

- Effectively manage multiple priorities/projects simultaneously while continually moving initiatives forward.
- Confidently interface at executive levels of the organization.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant Human Resources experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, in Human Resources or related field
Preferred:
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
- Experience with acquisition & integration
- Project management skills
- Gallup-Certified Strengths (CliftonStrengths) Coach
- Experience in Education
