Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Recruiter (Contract) to join our team. The Clinical Recruiter (Contract) will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified clinical professionals to meet the staffing needs of our organization. This role requires a keen understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for clinical positions.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in clinical recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is ideal or a combination of education and 5+ years of experience also considered.
- Proven experience as a recruiter in the healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of clinical roles, qualifications, and licensure requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
