We are looking for a Talent Acquisition and HR Coordinator to join our growing team. This position will support recruiting, onboarding, performance management, career development and employee engagement. The right candidate must have a high level of attention to detail, flexibility to function in a growing company and be able to work collaboratively with teams.
what we need you to do . . .
Talent Acquisition:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Support the development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Support and maintain the Applicant Tracking system to ensure accuracy of job postings, candidate records and interview scorecards.
- Source and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other networking resources for open positions.
Onboarding:

- Collaborate with senior team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, assisting in the preparation of onboarding materials, schedules, and necessary documentation.
- Facilitate a seamless transition from the offer acceptance to the new hire experience by coordinating communication between the senior team member and the new employee, ensuring a positive and organized onboarding journey.
HR Administration:

- Support the HR team with administration and processes across all areas including PTO tracking, data records upkeep, audit of HR data and tracking of HR metrics.
- Assist in maintaining HR records and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Escalate any staff relations activities, conflict resolution and questions to senior HR team members.
- Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and initiatives.
what we want you to have . . .

- 2-3 years of HR generalist and recruitment experience
- Experience working in a global organization with an international workforce
- Experience with ATS, HRIS, and PEOs
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, LinkedIn Corporate Recruiter
- Ability to perform talent research and build candidate pipelines
- Must be ethical and professional while maintaining confidentiality.
- Detail oriented, high level of accuracy and data protection
- Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
- Strong presentation, organizational and clear communication skills
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
