We are looking for a 3-month Contract Sr. Marketing Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The position is 100% remote.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Manage full life-cycle recruitment efforts including but not limited to: sourcing, interviewing, advertising, candidate assessment/feedback, and smooth hand off to Human Resources as new hire
Responsible for high volume recruiting.
Ownership of all Scheduling from initial phone screen to final interviews.
Responsible for developing a pipeline of candidates to hire from when needs/positions become available.
Responsible for maintaining candidate database integrity, and applicant files for future reference.
Will support on-going creative and cost-effective recruiting methods to attract and retain the best candidates.
Responsible for ad placements.
Responsible for maintaining cost-effective recruiting programs and will partner with the HR Manager to track and analyze recruiting cost.
Responsible for on-going communication to hiring managers and management regarding the status of open positions.
Responsible for communicating issues or potential issues that affect recruiting (i.e., unusual number of candidates declining positions due to salary, hours, schedules).
Source potential candidates from various local groups and organizations as well as online channels in order to build a comprehensive pipeline that will ultimately reduce time-to-hire.
Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline and 5-7 years of experience in recruiting is required
Experience with high volume recruiting is strongly preferred
Experience with ATS systems. Ashby preferred
Well versed in LinkedIn Recruiter and other creative sourcing channels
Must be well-versed in current labor laws to ensure compliance during entire recruitment process
Excellent understanding of Microsoft products (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
