POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a Total Rewards Manager who possesses a comprehensive understanding of Compensation and Benefits Administration. The successful candidate will play an integral role in implementing benefits administration and compensation programs for all employees of Mariani Premier Group Enterprise. This role entails ensuring that our plans are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our strategic growth objectives. Key responsibilities include administering benefits and retirement plans, managing open enrollment, conducting annual merit and bonus reviews, handling workers' compensation claims, communicating with employees, and proposing necessary changes or upgrades.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual who can collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and provide exceptional employee support.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries and the initial contact for escalated HR questions.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of benefits plan design and related processes, including Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life Insurance, HSA/FSA, and 401(k).
- Supervise the FMLA, STD, LTD, and Leave of Absence Administration process.
- Coordinate the annual Open Enrollment process, including plan renewals and employee communication.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, including ACA reporting, benefits and 401(k) audits, and other requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as accounting and payroll, and manage relationships with benefits vendors, including invoice reconciliation.
- Work closely with the Head of Total Rewards and insurance brokers to evaluate the company's benefits strategy annually.
- Monitor market trends to ensure competitiveness of compensation and benefits programs.
- Assist with the administration of workers' compensation claims.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 5 years of experience in benefits administration, including comprehensive knowledge of benefit plan design, strategy, 401(k) management, and an understanding of relevant laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, PFL, ERISA, etc.) in a multi-state context. HR Generalist experience is preferred.
- Start-up mindset: readiness to engage in foundational work, innovate, and prioritize effectively. Comfortable with ambiguity, adept at solving complex problems methodically.
- Business acumen: In-depth knowledge of the sector, competitive dynamics, financial metrics, and their connection to HR initiatives. Experience in a fast-paced entertainment or technology sector is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to quickly establish credibility, influence various groups, and persuade professionals at all levels.
- Experience in integrating benefits during acquisitions in a culturally sensitive manner is preferred.
Salary Range: $98,800 - $154,500
