RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead the Benefits workstream throughout the life cycle of projects.
· Troubleshoot and manage system issues to resolution.
· Analyze and document any Benefits-related issues.
· Recommend solutions, initiate corrective actions, follow up on issue resolution, and inform customer of status.
· Responsible for adhering to the current project management methodology while influencing best practices, process improvements, and procedures
· Interfaces with the customer to understand their overall objectives and requirements.
· Maintain accuracy and integrity of data.
· Actions on data discrepancies and reports anomalies appropriately
· Performs user acceptance testing of system changes and fixes.
· Performs routine reporting and responds to ad hoc data requests.
· Prepares reports in support of HR system work streams and operations.
· Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Workday experience required.
· 2-5 years of industry knowledge in Benefits Administration or Human Resource Management with an understanding of benefit concepts such as plan designs, Cobra, Evidence of Insurability, and age reduction rules.
· At least 4 years of enterprise resource planning (ERP), HCM implementation, and upgrade experience.
· Completion of at least one full implementation with Workday HCM and Benefits.
· Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality.
· Hands on experience with Workday Configuration including Benefits. Demonstrated customer-facing skills and the understanding and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
· Experience in timeline management, issue tracking and configuration execution.
· Proficient-level Microsoft Office Suite experience.
· Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations including SOX
· Strong analytical, research and conceptual-thinking skills to visualize solutions to a wide variety of HR needs.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
· Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and escalate when appropriate.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Workday certified in HCM and Benefits a plus.
EDUCATION:
· Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience (MIS, CS, HR, HRIS).
