Responsibilites
- Lead HRIS-related projects to optimize and leverage the HRIS system and related applications/platforms.
- Configure the system, workflows, forms, fields, etc. to ensure the intended outcome.
- Improves the utilization of system components/modules/functions through advanced knowledge of the system, testing scenarios, and updating the production environment as necessary.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy (from input through maintenance) and create visually appealing and compelling reports and dashboards for organizational use.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and provides training and assistance to end users.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in HRIS / IT Systems, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working with HRIS / business systems as an administrator/super user responsible for back-end configuration, troubleshooting, and maximizing modules and components.
- Experience working with ADP and Ceridian Dayforce (preferred)
