Recruiting Director/Manager based in our
Hollywood, FL corporate office. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The Recruiting Director/Manager will collaborate with senior management to develop talent strategies and enhance the organization's reputation in key recruiting markets.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior management and department leaders to identify talent needs and placement strategies in the healthcare industry.
- Design and implement strategies to boost the organization's visibility in recruiting markets.
- Analyze recruitment trends to guide future recruitment activities and ensure candidate compliance.
- Work closely with client healthcare facilities to understand their staffing requirements and ensure effective team building.
- Develop a candidate pipeline and foster a culture that encourages hiring manager involvement.
- Enhance sourcing methods, processes, and key performance indicators for critical positions.
- Introduce and assess new sourcing methods while optimizing existing approaches.
- Document and refine the recruiting approach and process.
- Enhance the Applicant Tracking System and other HR systems relevant to recruitment.
- Collaborate on recruiting programs supporting diversity, inclusion strategies, and hiring top talent.
- Keep clients updated on recruiting processes and developments.
- Operate with integrity in all aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in healthcare recruiting.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience across all organizational levels.
- 2+ years of people, project, or process management experience.
- Proven track record in recruiting executive and management level individuals.
- Familiarity with changing workforce norms and recruitment technologies.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, job boards, and social media recruitment.
- Ability to analyze data for measuring success, evaluating tools, and predicting trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, project management, and leadership skills.
- Proactive individual with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Strong collaborator with attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Preferred certifications: CTAS, PHR, or SPHR. Healthcare or Dietitian experience is advantageous.
