Role Overview:
Reporting to the VP of Global Talent, the Senior Consultant of L&D will be responsible for strategizing and delivering learning strategies, solutions, and partnerships for our global teams. Programs include executive leadership, talent assessments, performance management, talent development, Hi-Po and succession planning, and emerging talent programs. Additionally, this role will influence platform and technology investments, and vendor evaluation for content development and delivery.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who believes in building a highly successful organization capable of delivering extraordinary results.

About the Role:
- You will apply passion and executional know-how in strategizing, designing and delivering programs focused on the development and effectiveness of our people throughout their career journeys.
- In this role you will serve as the subject matter expert in the areas of upskilling & reskilling, employee and leadership capability enhancement, curriculum & content development, instructional design, adult learning theories, facilitation skills, learning needs assessment, eLearning and learning program effectiveness.
- Advance the company's performance culture, people and engagement strategies.
- Co-own onboarding program and tools, ensuring that our program is best in class and quickly assimilates our new employees into the culture and enables rapid productivity.
- Owns execution and company-wide action planning for employee engagement survey.
- Responsible for the strategy and development of specific development programs for High Potential talent.
- Drive new & innovative and measurable learning solutions.
- Deliver data-driven presentations to business leaders and HR colleagues that tracks and evaluates program effectiveness for both new and established initiatives, to influence continuous improvement.
- Understand emerging talent needs, make connections between employee’s capabilities and organizational requirements & gaps, and provide employees with the right Learning solutions.
