SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HRIS Administrator to join our team in the Hempstead, Tx area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and other HR data management systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent technical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and support requests from HR staff and end-users.
- Manage and maintain the HR support ticket system, including triaging inquiries and issues to appropriate personnel for timely resolution, and ensuring efficient routing and escalation processes are in place.
- Perform data entry, system configurations, and updates to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information in all HR systems.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with IT support or vendors to resolve technical problems.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support HR analytics, decision-making, and compliance reporting.
- Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations, including testing and training.
- Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures for HRIS processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to HR technology and share knowledge with the HR team.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION, AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an HRIS Administrator or in a similar role.
- Experience with UKG Ready/Kronos preferred.
- Experience with system integrations, data migrations, or HRIS implementations preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of HRIS platforms.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data management principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
