ResponsibilitiesThe HR Program Manager (Labor Union) is a key leader who will oversee the successful planning, execution and delivery of multiple interrelated projects and initiatives. You will partner with leaders and Human Resources to ensure programs are successfully implemented. You will also work closely with multiple stakeholders, including executives.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop program goals and infrastructure to align with defined business strategy.
- Manage program through creating program plans, management tools and reporting capabilities.
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure resources are assigned to meet program goals.
- Monitor and adjust plans as resource requirements change.
- Communicate and document program quality outcomes and progress metrics.
- Address and resolves project issues to ensure goals remain on track.
- Provides guidance to leaders on addressing project gaps, incomplete deliverables or milestones, and identifying potential risks.
- Ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scotpe and within budget.
- Aligns projects with programs KPIs and with Ascension strategic goals.
RequirementsEducation:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional PreferencesPreferences:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of HR Program Management experience, Labor Union experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of SmartSheet
- Experience with Google Suite
- Experience with creating PowerPoint decks with graphics and highly proficient with telling a narrative through visual presentations
