ResponsibilitiesAs the National HR Coordinator, you'll collaborate with HR staff, leadership, and associates in assigned region to support the administrative and transactional needs of the Ministries.
- Assist HR departments with the administration of HR policies, procedures and programs. Work with Ministry HR leaders and staff to collaboratively identify, research and resolve issues.
- Serve as escalation support for Ministry HR Partners (HRPs), research issues, and make recommendations for resolution.
- Provide administrative and transactional support to HRPs for HR programs such as license, certification, education, and tuition reimbursement, ensuring compliance with policy guidelines.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure consistency and optimization of overall HR Operations model.
RequirementsEducation:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Additional PreferencesAdditional Preferences:
- 1 year of applicable HR experience, preferred.
