Assist with project work within the HR Shared Service Center as well data analysis across multiple HRSC organizations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with leadership to develop project plans supporting the implementation of special initiatives as assigned.
- Project manage cross-functional corporate initiatives and provide oversight on their progression.
- Prepare for and facilitate regular HR project team meetings to drive action towards our critical deliverable dates.
- Ensure meetings with HR Leadership have clear objectives and agendas and manage action item tracking and follow-up.
- Produce and review materials for internal and external leadership meetings.
- Work with leadership and team analysts to develop and review project documentation and internal communications in various formats: business requirements documents (BRDs), emails, slide decks, etc.
- Support planning and execution of HRSC business plan through staying informed of activities, proactive risk mitigation, operation issue troubleshooting, and timely follow-up.
- Facilitate communication between key stakeholders on project status, action items, next steps, and potential risks to meeting deadlines.
- Coordinate key issues between teams/subject matter experts to facilitate discussion and decision making.
- Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.
- Receive assignments in the form of objectives and work with leadership to review use of resources and how to meet schedules and goals.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of related professional experience.
- 1-3 years of project management experience.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree
- Experience in Maximus human resources operations is preferred, in addition to understanding of human resources at both a project and enterprise level.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 software required (MS Project and/or Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Excellent judgment, problem solving skills, emotional intelligence and intuitions regarding interpersonal interactions, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong business acumen and prior experience in a high-paced corporate environment.
- Demonstrated ability of analyzing and synthesizing complex research, analysis, and project initiatives.
Education and Experience Requirements
Ideal candidate will have project management and people analytics experience along with a broad knowledge of Human Resources.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
