We are looking for HR Business Partner for our plant in Gyöngyös. You will have opportunity to join the management team of this manufacturing plant. You will be responsible for alignment of the human resources with the business objectives acting as an expert and consultant to management and employees on all HR related issues. The purpose of the role is to build up HR Excellence based on alignment with business and employee centric HR governance. The person will support the entity through the leadership upskilling and human capital development supported by the increased engagement and collaboration. You will also shape the future of the plant by leading some ambitious 4.0 competency programs.
What will you do?
- Collaborate closely with leaders to create business value through continuous development of our human capital; support business growth through the leadership upskilling and talent pipeline development supported by the increased engagement and collaboration.
- Act as an employee champion and change agent. Communicate proactively with our business management, HR services (HRS) and CoE (Learning &Talent Development, Reward, Talent Acquisition)
- Support the manufacturing managers in the management of their workforce : capacity management, temporary workers management, absenteeism and labor productivity actions monitoring
- Coordinate and support HR campaigns within the respective teams (Performance review, Global Salary Review, Development Plans, Talent Review). Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Drive human capital planning, identification and allocation; support recruitment process, personal development and identify training needs for business and individual executive coaching needs. Provide a specific focus on the “Industry 4.0” (Smart Factory) programs, supporting the site to move towards digitization.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Contribute to the design of organizations (skills, resources, processes) to suit business challenges, support implementation of change management operations supporting high-performance solutions (cost, quality, time) to meet the business need, provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning; support planning and execution of the onboarding of newly hired employees.
- Facilitate employee engagement polls (One Voice) and support managers in the process of the interpretation and facilitation of its outcomes. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build engagement, increase efficiency and maintain retention.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department as needed/required.
- Drive internal communication initiatives, and contribute to the reputation of the site
What qualifications will make you successful?
- at least 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources with good understanding of total HR scope, ability to drive organizational and people development programs as well as performance management related initiatives. Experience in HR Generalist or/and HRBP functions would be an additional asset
- Advanced ability to create Business Partnership/Consulting in order to influence the business and improve results by modeling, monitoring, and reporting business performance. Evidence of having worked as a true business partner in a complex environment will be an asset
- Very good knowledge of HR management processes and tools
- Very good knowledge of legal requirements (labor law) and HR standards required
- Fluent in English and Hungarian
- Business oriented attitude and problem-solving ability
