REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree
- 12+ years of experience or Master's degree and 7 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Enterprise Learning.
- Demonstrated experience in change management and leading varying level of transformation/change involving multiple stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise rotational programs and content creation and recommendation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a strategic, experienced talent management professional to join our organization as the Talent Management Lead. Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Management & Safety, the successful candidate will be a key component of succession planning, leadership development, enterprise learning, career pathway development, and other key talent management initiatives to enhance the capabilities and performance of our workforce. This position is pivotal in shaping our workforce and culture, with a direct impact on our business success.
- Assist in the content development and administration of leadership development.
- Play a key role in the establishment of talent metrics and sustainable content.
- Analyze critical skill needs and provide recommendations for future content development to enhance our employee development and organic talent growth.
- Support the creation and implementation of an internal talent marketplace and career pathways for both individual contributors and people leaders.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to less experienced members of the talent management team on matters including rotational program development, DE&I initiatives, and organizational effectiveness/change management.
- Serve as a liaison and influencer across the HR team, driving alignment with other segment partners, including HR Business Partners to ensure business leadership awareness.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity.
