Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, HR Analytics & Continuous Improvement to join our Human Resources Service Center team. The Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR Service Center analytics strategies and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the HRSC function. This role will play a critical role in leveraging data-driven insights to optimize HRSC processes and enhance overall organizational performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the HRSC analytics strategy, in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of HRSC analytics frameworks, tools, and processes to collect, analyze, and interpret HR data.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify key metrics and performance indicators to track and measure HRSC effectiveness.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of HRSC data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to HRSC leadership based on data analysis, to drive informed decision-making.
- Lead and support HRSC process improvement initiatives, utilizing Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Drive the implementation of HRSC technology solutions to enhance data collection, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
- Develop and deliver training programs to build HR analytics capabilities within the HRSC team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a small team of business analysts.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Skills:
- Proven experience in analytics and continuous improvement, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS), especially Oracle Core HR and associated data mining functions.
- Demonstrated mastery of data mining, analysis, and visualization tools, such as SQL, advanced Excel features, Tableau, and Alteryx or R.
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies and process improvement initiatives.
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of HR processes and regulations.
- Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies and experience with identifying and improving process controls is preferred.
