Job Summary:
The Senior Manager, Talent Programs, will support the organization’s commitment to attract, retain and develop our most valuable resource – our people.
Reporting to the Global Head of Talent, this is a hands-on, highly action-oriented role, and will support the development, deployment and management of highly visible talent development and learning programs. These programs will demonstrably improve performance of our talent, as well as enable managers to build high-performing teams with successful retention programs to drive organizational performance across the globe.
Responsibilities• Manage existing and help establish new programs to reinforce strong performance and potential, and support our talent development and learning initiatives
• Supports the design, implementation, and management of global leadership and professional development programs
• Partner with global talent acquisition to ensure consistent talent attraction and engagement strategies from acquisition through retention and development.
• Support the performance management cycle, including scorecard and goal setting development, training, succession planning, workforce planning and performance planning.
• Support programs for new and experienced people leaders to provide them with management fundamentals and leadership development resources.
• Review and provide data analytics and reporting on defined metrics to track talent development, succession planning, training and other talent development programs and outcomes.
• Create high level and executive style presentations for upper leadership, including C-suite and Board of Directors.
• Drive strong engagement of talent programs at all levels of the organization; support an environment of continuous learning to encourage career growth and succession readiness.
• Manage and track effectiveness of vendor relationships to ensure programs and services meet our needs, objectives and department budget.
• Support and design programs to continue to develop and identify top/emerging talent and retention strategies.
• Design and facilitate training programs for management and teammates as needed.
• Provide design support for learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides and lesson plans.
• Consult with company stakeholders to understand objectives across the business to determine training and development needs.
• Support the Learning Management System (LMS) as well as build courses, assign them to learners and track results for in-person, e-learning and virtual classes.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree, required. Degree in Human Resources, or related field, preferred.
- 8+ years in a talent focused role (including talent acquisition / talent development / talent management), with increasing levels of responsibilities and leadership oversight, required.
- Self-motivated to work independently and adapt quickly in a highly evolving environment with multiple competing priorities
- Expertise in designing and presenting highly effective presentations to audiences of all levels
- Driven by data – high level proficiency with creating and managing reporting and analytics
- High-level of ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve, and meet deadlines and goals
- Experience using ATS, LMS and HR systems (preferably iCIMS and UKG)
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong degree of focus on quality results/deliverables.
- Advanced technical proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing and producing data and reporting, ensuring discretion and confidentiality
