Member of HR Technology Services team serving as first point of contact for HR Shared Services in the resolution of
escalated service cases. Support Sr. Analyst in the project implementation of multi-functional projects both in the
project management and technology delivery and support. Daily collaboration and support of HR Analyst, SR through
assistance with system configuration, data validation, case resolution, and project implementation. Support and manage
specific service delivery related activities within assigned work domains, including reporting, trend analysis, and special
projects.
Responsibilities1.Project engagement through application and business process testing, data validation, project
documentation, and issue resolution
2. Serve as a subject matter expert and point-of-contact for specified processes and systems within
designated work streams
3. Support responsibilities in data conversion, system configuration and table maintenance, system
testing, interface coordination and documentation, and business process design
4. Report development utilized for data validation, data distribution and analytics, and audits
5. Conduct scheduled audits with assigned work domains
6. Test script development and completion
7. Member of CHI Connect implementation team
8. Maintain security within supported applications
9. Manages the upload of mass data changes within supported applications
10. Proactive approach to analyst of data and reports to identify trends and develop recommendations for
process improvements
11. Maintain an understanding of the various work streams and their relationship to one another

QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2 years experience with HR Systems from a functional or support
perspective
HR Systems support and testing experience
Project team participation for implementations and enhancements
Experience utilizing advanced functions within Excel for data
validation and auditing
Demonstrated experience with supporting business processes within
an HR Operations team
Working knowledge of common HR concepts, practices and
procedures
