OverviewThis role will partner with the Functional leaders to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. The HRBP will own programs that run across the broader HR team that connect the business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work. You will help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention, and the overall employee experience.
Additionally, this role will support the Talent Management team in the preparation of content for communications, change management, and pull through of key initiatives. These initiatives will primarily be focused in the areas of performance and talent management, as well as engagement related topics. As such, there will be a dotted line to the VP, Talent Management.

Responsibilities- Establishes credibility throughout the organization and sets an example as a proactive leader who earns respect by demonstrating a sound understanding of business objectives/goals.
- Exhibits influence and decision-making in the areas of leadership and management, change management and operational transformation, organization development and design, performance management, talent development, work force planning and employee engagement, relations and communications.
- Coaches and influences leadership to drive cultural change and employee engagement.
- Presents recommendations to address the people component of business issues. Identifies potential roadblocks and opportunities and leverages HR Centers of Expertise to provide input and solutions.
Partners with HR peers (Global and COEs) and clients to develop plans for implementation and communication of key HR processes including compensation, talent management, performance management, leadership development and workforce planning that add value and ensure organizational alignment.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree with Master’s degree in HR, OD, Business preferred
- 10+ years’ progressive Human Resources experience (preference to experience partnering with leaders/clients)
- Experience working in software and/or services environments
- Analytical orientation with focus on measuring ourcomes and proficiency with HR technology
