Overview
We are looking for an HRIS Project Manager to join our team. This position will directly report to the Director of HR Technology and is responsible for collaborating cross-functionally with vendors, consultants, developers, subject matter experts, and leaders of all levels within the organization.
- Drive the successful delivery and end-to-end project management of multiple concurrent projects and implementations
- Provide project team members with direction and vision for engagement and related business goals, including motivating people to perform, listening to people, providing feedback, recognizing strengths, and overcoming challenges
- Responsible for developing and reporting metrics at both an individual project and project portfolio level. Draw insights to ensure projects are delivered timely with appropriate adherence to approved scope with reasonable changes. Recommend opportunities for resource optimization and improved service delivery
- Develop and implement project management methods, guidelines, and content frameworks for use by peers. Coach peers in project management principles and best practices
About You
- Bachelor’s degree; will consider applicable experience in lieu of degree
- 5+ years of experience in a project management role leading complex projects in a fast-paced environment with multi-function teams
- Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute high quality projects on time
- Detail- and deadline-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Flexible and responsive to changing business needs
- High technical aptitude
- PMP certifications preferred
