Team Overview
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting the growth and development of our talented workforce. This role involves collaborating with leaders across departments to enhance employee engagement, drive performance, and ensure the overall success of our organization.
Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to understand business goals and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Act as a strategic partner to department heads, offering insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conducting thorough investigations and providing appropriate resolutions.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance improvement plans.
- Lead and support diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with the global HR team to share best practices and contribute to the development of HR policies and programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, legal requirements, and best practices in human resources.
Role Qualifications
- Years of Experience: +6 years in HR, ideally +2 as HRBP
- Bachelor's/ Post Graduate Degree: MBA or HR is preferred (not mandatory)
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
Hard Skills:
- General knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excel, G-Suite, tableau is preferred, Canva
- Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Ability to think strategically and implement HR initiatives that align with business goals.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience working in a global or matrix organization is advantageous.
- Educational Background: Administration, Psychology, industrial Engineer, Business
- Preferred Industries Experience: tech ideally / high paced environments
- Spoken Languages: fluent English and Spanish
