Overview
The Talent Branding Social Media Specialist is responsible for the execution of social media campaigns to support the growth and awareness of Enhabit Home Health & Hospice talent branding. This role will build awareness of Enhabit and champion the brand to be an employer of choice.
This role will utilize social media accounts to post content, respond to customer feedback, plan new initiatives, manage timelines, organize communication, and help ensure overall campaign success.
This a fully remote position but the person hired for this role must reside within driving distance of an Enhabit office.
Responsibilities
- Lead the direction and execution of talent acquisition & career branding for social media campaigns
- Develop & create engaging content across core social media channels to drive career seeker engagement
- Ensure content aligns with Enhabit's mission and commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging
- Manage all career microsites and company employer pages; respond to messages on social media channels timely
- Create relevant blog topics and content to attract passive and active career seekers
- Ensure campaigns and messaging are executed correctly and on time
- Lead monthly meetings with the talent branding team; ensure social content is curated proactively for upcoming months
- Collaborate with talent branding and marketing for visual asset curation and alignment of recruitment marketing campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising or related field required
- Have a minimum of 2 years of influencer marketing experience and 2 years of managing social media content
- Experience in talent branding and attraction preferred
- Passion for innovation, creative problem solving, and building strong relationships
- Highly organized and the ability to balance multiple projects while meeting established deadlines
- Excellent PowerPoint skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Data driven and knowledgeable on metrics and analytics
