This junior level HRIS Analyst position will perform varied and complex tasks associated with the support and maintenance of the Company’s HR related systems. This position serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, and analyzing data imports during implementations. The HRIS Analyst also supports UKG Pro upgrades, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
Responsibilities- Audit Reports - Help maintain data integrity in systems by running and analyzing data. Communicate corrections to the appropriate departments. Assist in identifying processes to automate data corrections through event triggers to notify intended personnel.
- Process Documentation – Work with HRIS team to write SOP’s for all processes including annual tasks, system guides, employee/manger guides, new system updates, documenting interface specifications, and more.
- System Maintenance - Assist in the review, testing and implementation of UKG Pro system releases. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix.
- System Administration – Assist with daily tasks to optimize the performance of employee records in all modules connected to UKG. This includes but is not limited to learning, performance, document, reporting, and time management systems.
- Production Support - Provide support for UKG Pro including, but not limited to, researching and resolving UKG Pro problems, unexpected results or process flaws. Work UKG cases for a quick resolution.
- New HR Initiatives – Support administration in the project planning, data mapping and implementation of new HR systems integrating with UKG Pro and system optimization projects.
- Integrations – assist in the auditing of acquisitional employee records prior to importing. Serve as a back-up to the HRIS Project Manager.
Qualifications- A minimum of 1-3 years HR analysis experience.
- UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro) experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- HR certification is desired.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including federal regulations including department of labor standards.
- Strong understanding of HR database structure, functions and processes, and experience with database tools.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, and thorough knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience in developing training materials is required. Video production in articulate or related software is desired.
- Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects.
- Ability to work between multiple ongoing projects.
