ResponsibilitiesGM Financial is ready to hire an experienced and results driven Manager of Dealer Services to lead our team and oversee the development and performance of your team to optimize our corporate and support functions. You will be responsible for managing a team and collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization to develop and execute initiatives that will drive efficiency, improve processes, and support our overall Talent and business goals.
About the role:
- Collaborate with segment leaders to understand their individual business needs and assess areas for development opportunities as it relates to corporate recruiting
- Effectively lead and/or support team members to ensure compliance with government regulations, and the company's policies and procedures regarding active recruitment, interviewing and selection
- Provide coaching and development to team members, providing effective growth and development opportunities
- Coach recruiting staff to ensure proper interviewing, testing and assessment practices are effectively implemented throughout the hiring process
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance the company's recruitment efforts to attract, hire and retain best talent from the workforce
- Proactively monitors job market trends in all markets in which GMF recruits, and seeks innovative solutions for attracting top talent
- Monitors results against recruiting KPI's
- Design recruiting processes on as as-needed basis (utilizing job boards, networking sourcing, interviewing, referrals, etc)

- You tend to rely on over communication by creating complete transparency in the hiring process to establish trust and brand recognition for the recruiting team.
- Partner with senior leaders to establish effective hiring model and success metrics that creates an exemplary hiring experience for all stakeholders.
- Deliver white glove candidate experience with ability to attract/ source diverse candidate slates to deliver on our diversity goals.
- Ability to connect the talent with hiring needs and share this with future candidates through storytelling to proactively identify talent internally and externally.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience in related fields
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources and/or related business function
- Proven experience managing a team of recruiters with the ability to drive engagement and collaboration across functions
- Experience with full cycle recruitment, including applicant tracking systems, assessment tools and sourcing tools
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Salary
The base salary range for this role is: USD $86,300.00 to $159,700.00.
At GM Financial, we strive for transparency in all aspects of our business, including pay equity. This is the GM Financial pay range for this role and job level. The exact salary and compensation will vary based on factors like knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
This role is eligible to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. Full time employees are eligible to participate in health benefits on day one of employment.
