ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Benefits Analyst independently coordinates the administration of employee benefits programs within assigned area(s) of specialty. This includes, but is not limited to, proactively identifying and recommending changes to benefits, processes, procedures and communications, auditing benefits deductions and other reporting for consistency and reasonableness, leading others in root cause analysis and resolution of identified issues and leading functional teams and projects with little to no assistance.
QualificationsRequired: - Three years benefits administration
- Bachelor Degree
