ResponsibilitiesThe Senior HRIS Business Analyst primary focus, leveraging experience with HR systems and knowledge of HR processes, will be to partner with HR partners and other HRIS team members to deliver the best solutions to address business needs. Will scope, determine and document business requirements, create functional specifications, develop and execute test plans and scripts. Will perform routine and complex configuration work within the HRIS tool, and support patches and upgrades. Will lead projects as needed related to HR technologies and analytics. Ensures accuracy and completeness of data through regular audits. Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Able to organize and prioritize with limited guidance and display a high level of initiative, effort, and commitment towards completing assignments in a timely manner. Will serve as backup to the HR Systems Administrator.
**This position has the opportunity to work from home. You may be asked to complete training at a Norton Healthcare facility or be able to come to a Norton Healthcare facility for business purposes. Employees in this role must reside in Kentucky or Indiana**
QualificationsRequired: - Five years in HRIS or five years combined between HR and IS
- Bachelor Degree
Desired: - Five years as an analyst in Human Resources.
